The Ruth Project (....a space for Women).

flowers1The Ruth Project has been born out of a desire to find new ways of sharing our lives and our resources today....     By opening our doors, offering hospitality, support, a listening ear or even just a bit of space to people, we hope, in some small way, that we can be of greater service to the community in which we live.

Who are we?

We, the Sisters of the Sacred Hearts Community, Camberwell, seek to make God's love and compassion present and credible in today's world.   The Sisters moved into this area in 1987 and since then   we have been involved in very different works.

The Sisters offer a place of welcome where people, especially women, can come aside to renew and refresh their spirits in a safe, quiet and caring environment.

We hope to do this by opening our home to you, by offering

.....Support, a cup of Tea and a listening ear,

.....A quiet Space, councilling prayer experiences and guidance

.....Time to discover God's presence in your life

When are we available?
